About Me

My name is Christopher Smith — I'm a 19-year-old photographer and videographer based in Fresno, California.

I've been behind a camera since I was 11, starting with my mom's iPhone 6 to photograph the reptiles and amphibians I found around my neighborhood. At 12, everything changed when I received my first real camera with a telephoto lens. Suddenly I could see what I'd been missing — the yellow-rumped warblers bouncing between branches, the sharp focus of a red-tailed hawk hovering above its prey. I was hooked.

That curiosity turned into a craft. Eight years later, wildlife photography remains the foundation of my work, but I've expanded into portraits, fitness, and videography — always with the same approach: show up personally, pay attention to the details, and deliver something worth keeping.

Every session is just me. No assistants, no handoffs. I believe the best work comes from a real connection between photographer and subject, and I bring that to every shoot.
